This Program will act as an early intervention for children beginning at age 16 to explore vocational aspirations in specific avenues of employment. The Program will connect with various trade organizations to set up in person job exploration workshops. This will include direct connections with workers in the desired industry, as well as an opportunity to ask real world questions. The Program will provide a platform to inspire a pathway to a profession at a young age
This program provides an opportunity for 16-year-olds to explore vocational aspirations and allowing them to start thinking about their future career paths at a young age.
